For schools and early childhood centres we send an invoice with the product. For other clients we require payment before delivery.

Payments
New Zealand customers may choose to pay by cheque or by direct credit to our New Zealand bank acoount.

Australian customers may choose to pay by cheque, by direct credit to our or Australian bank account, by BPAY, or by credit card (no phone facility available).

DETAILS

New Zealand customers

  • Pre-school and School orders—must be accompanied by an order number or cheque. Payment may be made by cheque or direct credit to our bank account (details are on our invoices).
  • Orders made by private individuals must be accompanied by a cheque, or a direct credit must be made to our bank account before we will deliver goods.
  • Credit card facilities are not available.
  • Every order incurs a delivery fee regardless of the size of the order, as detailed on our invoices.
  • All prices for products listed for NZ use are recommended retail in $NZ and are GST inclusive.
  • Assume one week for delivery, although we endeavour to dispatch products within two working days of receiving your order. Dispatch is by mail or courier, whichever is the cheaper.
  • Every purchase is subject to the laws of New Zealand.
  • Delivery charges
    Orders under $100: $9.95 NZD
    Orders of $100–$300: $12.95 NZD
    Orders over $300: $19.95 NZD
  • PAYMENT TERMS: NET 7 DAYS


Australian customers

  • Please fax or e-mail your order and your postal delivery details. Note, postal delivery to Australia is the cheapest delivery method. We do not deliver by courier.

  • Every order incurs a delivery fee regardless of the size of the order, as detailed on our invoices.
  • All prices for products listed for Australian use are recommended retail in $AUD. No GST applies to Australian customers.
  • Assume 4–10 working days for delivery.
  • Every purchase is subject to the laws of New Zealand and Australia.
